Our Team
Vienna Thuc Le, Attorney at Law.
Vienna was destined to be a real estate attorney. Growing up with a real
estate broker-mother, she began working in her mom’s real estate office
when she was a young teenager. Then at the age of 18, Vienna became a real
estate agent working full-time with her mom slowly getting her education.
After many years of working with Buyers and Sellers as a realtor/broker,
her passion for learning and her desire to be a better real estate adviser
compelled her to enter and complete law school in 1995. Vienna attended
University of Houston for both her Bachelor in accounting and Doctorate in
Jurisprudence. In 1996, Vienna moved to Seattle after a weekend trip here
falling in love with the natural beauty of Puget Sound. Vienna is a member
of the Washington State Bar Association with her primary practice in real
estate. Vienna strives to deliver competent professional services and
looks forward to assisting you with your legal real estate questions.
Hoa Thi Nguyen, Attorney at Law.
Hoa is a recent graduate of University of California Los Angeles. Hoa was
born in Pennsylvania but after braving one winter in the East Coast her
family moved here to Seattle and has been living in Seattle ever since.
Hoa grew up in West Seattle and attended the local public schools in
Seattle and continued her education at the University of Washington,
graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Following in her older
sister’s footstep, Hoa decided to go to law school and attended UCLA
School of Law, graduating with a J.D. in 2005. After three years of
enjoying the California sun and unbearable traffic in Los Angeles, her
love for the Northwest and desire to be closer to family brought her back
to Seattle.
Hoa became a member of the Washington State Bar Association in December of
2005 focusing and practicing only real estate law. Hoa looks forward to
assisting you with your closings and to assist you with your legal and
escrow needs.
Craig (Cuong) X. Nguyen, Office Manager.
Craig not only serves as our office manager but is our “go to” guy for all
our office needs. Having been raised here in Seattle since the age of
four, Craig is a true local to Seattle. Although he has chosen Seattle as
the city to settle down in and begin a family, Craig has lived in numerous
cities including Los Angeles, New York to even Seoul, South Korea. Craig’s
exposure to the diversity in the various cities that he has lived in makes
him the perfect office manager, always able to adapt and manage our ever
growing office. Craig attributes his laid back attitude due to living near
the beaches in Los Angeles and his gruff outward exterior from living in
New York City. After having lived in numerous places, Craig has come to
realize the Seattle is the perfect combination of all the cities he has
lived in. Craig has worked in the legal industry since 1997. He has
extensive escrow knowledge, and excellent computer skills. He will make
sure all HUD statements are accurate and available for your review even
before you asked for them. He looks forward to servicing and answering all
your escrow needs.
